The provisions of NRS 476.110 to 476.210, inclusive, apply in each county in this State:\n(a) In which there is a public safety bomb squad; and\n(b) In the absence of a memorandum of understanding setting forth the responsibilities of each public safety bomb squad in the county.\n2.
