Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3 of NRS 480.530, any criminal intelligence information or other information collected by the Nevada Threat Analysis Center, including, without limitation, any papers, records, documents, reports, materials, databases or other evidence related to actual or suspected criminal activity or acts of terrorism is confidential and must not be disclosed.\n2.
