{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-482.1005","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 482.1005","heading":"“Recreational park trailer” defined.","body":"1. “Recreational park trailer” means a vehicle which is primarily designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or seasonal use and which:\n(a) Is built on a single chassis mounted on wheels;\n(b) Has a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the set-up mode; and\n(c) Is certified by the manufacturer as complying with Standard No. A119.5 of the American National Standards Institute.\n2.
