The total amount of an authorized driver’s liability to the short-term lessor, if any, for damage occurring during the operation of a passenger car by the driver must not exceed the amount of the short-term lessee’s liability pursuant to NRS 482.3154.\n2. The short-term lessor shall not recover from the short-term lessee and an authorized driver:\n(a) An amount that exceeds the lessee’s liability pursuant to NRS 482.3154.\n(b) For any item pursuant to NRS 482.31535 to the extent that the lessor obtains recovery from any other person.\n3.
