If a vehicle dealer, other than a short-term lessor, has one or more branches, the dealer shall procure from the Department a license for each branch in addition to the license issued for his or her principal place of business.\n2. The Department shall specify on each license it issues:\n(a) The name of the licensee;\n(b) The location for which the license is issued; and\n(c) The name under which the licensee does business at that location.\n3. Each vehicle dealer shall post each license issued to the dealer by the Department in a conspicuous place clearly visible to the general public at the location described in the license.\n4. The Department shall, by regulation, provide for the issuance of a temporary license for a licensed dealer to conduct business at a temporary location.
