Upon the application of a person with a communication need, the Department shall place on any identification card issued to the person pursuant to the provisions of NRS 483.810 to 483.890, inclusive, a designation that the person is a person with a communication need.\n2. The Department shall not require any person to disclose that the person is a person with a communication need.\n3.
