Does not otherwise constitute grounds for disqualifying the person from driving a noncommercial motor vehicle pursuant to the provisions of NRS 484C.210, may apply to the Department for a noncommercial driver’s license pursuant to the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive.\n2.
