Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, “driver” means every person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle.\n2. If a vehicle is an autonomous vehicle, as defined in NRS 482A.030, and the automated driving system, as defined in NRS 482A.025, of the autonomous vehicle is engaged, “driver” means a person who causes the automated driving system of the autonomous vehicle to engage.\n3.
