{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-484b.044","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 484B.044","heading":"“Personal delivery device” defined.","body":"1. “Personal delivery device” means an electrically powered device that:\n(a) Is designed to operate autonomously, semi-autonomously or remotely by a personal delivery device operator;\n(b) Is equipped with technology that allows navigation with or without the active control or monitoring of a natural person;\n(c) Is intended primarily to transport cargo on sidewalks, crosswalks and other pedestrian areas;\n(d) Weighs less than 150 pounds when empty; and\n(e) Has a maximum speed of 10 miles per hour.\n2.
