Whenever any person fails within 60 days to satisfy any judgment that was entered as a result of a crash involving a motor vehicle, the judgment creditor or the judgment creditor’s attorney may forward to the Department immediately after the expiration of the 60 days a certified copy of the judgment.\n2.
