The license, all registrations and the nonresident’s operating privilege must remain so suspended and must not be renewed, nor may any license or registration be thereafter issued in the name of such a person, including any such person not previously licensed, unless every such judgment is stayed, satisfied in full or to the extent provided in this chapter and the person gives proof of financial responsibility subject to the exemptions stated in NRS 485.302 and 485.305.\n2.
