The Department shall suspend the license of any person convicted of violating the provisions of paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 485.187.\n2. Any license suspended pursuant to subsection 1 must remain suspended until the person shows proof of financial responsibility as set forth in NRS 485.307.
