{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-489.095","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 489.095","heading":"“Established place of business” defined.","body":"1. “Established place of business” means an enclosed building or structure owned either in fee or leased with sufficient space to conduct the business of the dealer and large enough to accommodate the office or offices of the dealer and to provide a safe place to keep the books and other records of the business of the dealer, at which site or location the principal portion of the dealer’s business is conducted.\n2.
