{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-489.120","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 489.120","heading":"“Mobile home” defined.","body":"1. “Mobile home” means a structure which is:\n(a) Built on a permanent chassis;\n(b) Designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation as a dwelling when connected to utilities; and\n(c) Transportable in one or more sections.\n2. The term includes the design of the body and frame and the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and electrical systems of the mobile home.\n3.
