The Administrator may adopt regulations which provide for the licensing of specialty servicepersons. A person licensed as a specialty serviceperson pursuant to this section must be limited in the scope of the work he or she may perform to installation or repair in one of the following categories:\n(a) Awnings, roofing or skirting;\n(b) Plumbing;\n(c) Heating and air-conditioning systems;\n(d) Electrical systems; or\n(e) Any other category that may be similarly licensed by the State Contractors’ Board.\n2. The Administrator shall provide in those regulations for:\n(a) The imposition of reasonable fees for application, examination and licensure.\n(b) The creation and administration of a written or oral examination for each category of limited licensure.\n(c) Minimum qualifications for such a license, including, without limitation, the passage of any applicable examination required pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 489.351, unless waived pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 489.351.\n3.
