Works for:\n(a) A program of a university, state college or community college within the Nevada System of Higher Education which provides assistance to victims;\n(b) A program of a tribal organization which provides assistance to victims;\n(c) An organization which provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or human trafficking; or\n(d) A nonprofit organization which provides assistance to victims; or\n2.
