{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-496.055","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 496.055","heading":"Purchase of property not intended to be used for specific purpose related to operation of airport at time of purchase.","body":"The governing body of a municipality may purchase from any willing seller property for the operation of an airport that is not intended to be used for a specific purpose related to the operation of the airport at the time of the purchase, if the governing body, by resolution, determines that:\n1. The property is located in an area which may affect or may be affected by the future development or use of the airport; and\n2.
