Christmas trees, cacti or yucca which are removed or possessed for commercial purposes in Nevada and which are to be transported by railroad or other means to other localities in or out of the State of Nevada must be accompanied by a shipping permit issued by the State Forester Firewarden, or the State Forester Firewarden’s duly authorized agent.\n2.
