The board of directors shall hold such special meetings as shall be required for the purpose of transaction of business; but all special meetings must be called by the president or a majority of the board.\n2. The order calling such special meeting shall be entered on the record, and the secretary shall give each member not joining in the order 3 days’ notice of such special meeting.\n3.
