The board shall direct its chief engineer and general manager to prepare an annual review of the master plan for consideration by the board. The review must include consideration of:\n(a) Growth and development in the district;\n(b) The cost of and progress in construction of facilities for the control of floods;\n(c) The district’s uniform code for management of a floodplain and the development of standards for construction of facilities for the control of floods;\n(d) Progress in the development of facilities by the United States Army Corps of Engineers; and\n(e) The establishment of additional long-range priorities for the control of floods.\n2. The board shall prepare an annual report in conjunction with its review. The report must set forth:\n(a) The source and amount of money received during the previous year;\n(b) The amount of money expended during the previous year;\n(c) A listing of any project completed during the previous year;\n(d) A listing of any project under construction;\n(e) A listing of any project which is proposed for the ensuing year and the time estimated for its completion;\n(f) The amount of money expended during the previous year for the operation and maintenance of facilities for the control of floods; and\n(g) Any recommended amendments of the master plan.\n3. A copy of the report must be filed with the district’s chief engineer.
