To care for, manage and develop all property, lands, buildings and equipment of the State 4-H Camp.\n2. To make uniform regulations for the use and occupancy thereof, not contrary to the provisions of this chapter, giving priority of use first to Nevada 4-H club members and second to other youth groups of the State.\n3.
