{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-573.185","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 573.185","heading":"Injunctions; restraining orders.","body":"If any operator of a public livestock auction or person who conducts an annual sale of livestock has engaged or is about to engage in any acts or practices which violate or will violate any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations adopted by the Department, the district court of any county, on application of the Director, may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining that conduct.
