A court may, pursuant to NRS 176A.416, order a defendant convicted of a violation of a provision of NRS 574.050 to 574.200, inclusive, as a condition of probation, to:\n(a) Submit to a psychiatric evaluation;\n(b) Participate in counseling or therapy; or\n(c) Participate in a rehabilitative or educational program.\n2.
