Sell a dog or cat:\n(a) Unless the dog or cat has had:\n(1) A registered microchip subcutaneously inserted into the dog or cat; and\n(2) All the required vaccinations for rabies which are appropriate based upon the age of the dog or cat; or\n(b) Without providing a written sales contract to the purchaser; or\n2.
