A person shall not:\n(a) Use in commerce, or have in his or her possession for use in commerce or in a cannabis establishment, any incorrect weight or measure;\n(b) Sell or offer for sale for use in commerce or for use in a cannabis establishment any incorrect weight or measure;\n(c) Remove any tag, seal or mark from any weight or measure without specific written authorization from the proper authority;\n(d) Hinder or obstruct any inspector of the Division in the performance of the inspector’s duties; or\n(e) Violate any provisions of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto.\n2.
