When, following a hearing held after 10 days’ notice to the licensee, the State Sealer of Measurement Standards is satisfied that the licensee has violated a provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto;\n2. When the licensee has been convicted in a court of competent jurisdiction of violating a provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto; or\n3.
