{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-584.211","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 584.211","heading":"Authority of Director to impose civil penalties.","body":"In addition to denying, suspending or revoking a permit pursuant to NRS 584.210 or the imposition of any other penalty pursuant to the provisions of NRS 584.180 to 584.211, inclusive, the Director may impose a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 for each violation of those provisions, which may be recovered by the Director in a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
