A person applying for a license to manufacture, distribute or be a guarantor of commercial feed must:\n(a) File an application with the Department on a form prescribed and furnished by the Department; and\n(b) Pay the fee for the issuance of a license established by the Department pursuant to subsection 2.\n2. The Department shall establish a fee for the issuance and annual renewal of a license required by NRS 587.865 in an amount not to exceed $75.\n3. A license expires on December 31 of each year. An application to renew a license must be received by the Department on or before December 31 of each year.
