Any wholesaler may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction against a supplier for violation of NRS 597.120 to 597.180, inclusive, and may recover the damages sustained by the wholesaler, together with such costs of the action and reasonable attorney’s fees as are authorized under NRS 18.110.\n2.
