A person operating in this State who:\n(a) Is engaged in the business of providing the services of diagnosis, maintenance or repair of equipment;\n(b) Does not have an arrangement described in subsection 1 of NRS 597.2671; and\n(c) Is not affiliated with an authorized repair provider.\n2.
