Deals in cribs of the kind governed by NRS 597.712 to 597.7128, inclusive;\n2. By virtue of the person’s occupation, purports to have knowledge or skill peculiar to cribs of the kind governed by NRS 597.712 to 597.7128, inclusive; or\n3.
