The provisions of NRS 597.712 to 597.7126, inclusive, do not apply to any antique or vintage crib if the antique or vintage crib is:\n(a) Not intended for use by an infant; and\n(b) At the time of remanufacturing, retrofitting, selling, leasing, subletting or otherwise placing in the stream of commerce, is accompanied with a written notice provided by the commercial user stating that the crib is not intended for use by an infant and that the crib is dangerous for use by an infant.\n2. A commercial user who complies with the notice requirement in subsection 1 shall not be held liable for any death or injury as a result of the use of an antique or vintage crib in a manner inconsistent with the warning provided in the written notice.\n3.
