As used in this section, “master motor vehicle key set” means a key or keys that may be used to operate more than one motor vehicle.\n2. A person shall not sell a master motor vehicle key set to any person except automobile dealers, automobile repairers, locksmiths and peace officers of the State of Nevada.\n3. A person shall not advertise the sale of a master motor vehicle key set except in trade journals of automobile dealers, automobile repairers and locksmiths.\n4.
