{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-598.0916","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 598.0916","heading":"“Deceptive trade practice” defined.","body":"A person engages in a “deceptive trade practice” when, in the course of his or her business or occupation, he or she disseminates an unsolicited prerecorded message to solicit a person to purchase goods or services by telephone and he or she does not have a preexisting business relationship with the person being called unless a recorded or unrecorded natural voice:\n1. Informs the person who answers the telephone call of the nature of the call; and\n2.
