A person shall not use an Internet robot to:\n(a) Circumvent any portion of the process for purchasing a ticket on an Internet website, including, without limitation, any security or identity validation measures or an access control system; or\n(b) Disguise the identity of a ticket purchaser for the purpose of purchasing a number of tickets for admission to an athletic contest or live entertainment event which exceeds the maximum number of tickets allowed for purchase by a person.\n2.
