{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-598.98043","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 598.98043","heading":"“Distributed generation system financier” defined.","body":"1. “Distributed generation system financier” means a person who:\n(a) Provides a distributed generation system loan to a borrower in this State;\n(b) Leases a distributed generation system or any part thereof to a lessee in this State; or\n(c) Enters into a contract for a power purchase agreement with a host customer in this State.\n2.
