{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-598c.020","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 598C.020","heading":"“Adverse action” defined.","body":"1. “Adverse action” includes:\n(a) The denial of, increase in any charge for or reduction in the amount of insurance for personal, family or household purposes;\n(b) The denial of employment or any other decision for employment purposes that adversely affects a current or prospective employee; and\n(c) An action or determination with respect to a consumer’s application for credit that is adverse to the interests of the consumer.\n2.
