It is unlawful for any person or corporation:\n(a) To imitate any mark registered as provided in NRS 600.240 to 600.450, inclusive;\n(b) To use knowingly any counterfeit or imitation thereof;\n(c) To use or display such genuine mark unless authorized to do so; or\n(d) To use or display such genuine mark in a manner not authorized by the registrant.\n2.
