Has not previously failed to comply with the applicable provisions of subsection 1 of that section and knowingly fails to remedy a failure to comply with such provisions within 30 days after being informed of such a failure;\n2. Knowingly fails to comply with the applicable provisions of subsection 1 of that section after having previously failed to comply with such provisions; or\n3.
