A regulated entity shall establish a process by which a consumer may appeal the refusal of the regulated entity to act on a request made pursuant to NRS 603A.505. The process must be:\n(a) Conspicuously available on the Internet website of the regulated entity; and\n(b) Similar to the process for making a request pursuant to NRS 603A.505.\n2.
