Every licensee shall keep, for 2 years, a record of every applicant for employment who secures employment through the services provided by the licensee. The record must include a copy of the:\n(a) Invoice given to the applicant for employment pursuant to NRS 611.180;\n(b) Application for employment submitted to the employment agency by the applicant;\n(c) Receipt given to the applicant for the payment of any fees pursuant to NRS 611.200; and\n(d) Contract between the applicant and the employment agency.\n2.
