In any civil action to enforce the provisions of this chapter the Administrator, the Board of Review and the State may be represented by:\n(a) Any qualified attorney who is employed by the Administrator and is designated by the Administrator for the purpose;\n(b) The Attorney General, at the Administrator’s request; or\n(c) The district attorney of the proper county.\n2.
