The Labor Commissioner:\n(a) May adopt any regulations necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of NRS 613.440 to 613.510, inclusive; and\n(b) Shall prepare and distribute to employers in this state, a notice setting forth a summary of the provisions of NRS 613.440 to 613.510, inclusive.\n2.
