The purposes of this chapter are to:\n(a) Provide vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities so that they may prepare for and engage in competitive integrated employment;\n(b) Promote vocational rehabilitation services and related activities which will assist individuals with disabilities to reach their fullest potential; and\n(c) Encourage and develop facilities and other resources needed by individuals with disabilities to engage in competitive integrated employment.\n2.
