The Office of the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers is hereby created within the Department of Business and Industry. The Governor shall appoint the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers for a term of 4 years.\n2. The Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers:\n(a) Must be an attorney licensed to practice law in this State.\n(b) Is in the unclassified service of the State.\n(c) Except as otherwise provided in NRS 7.065, shall not engage in the private practice of law.\n3.
