The books, records and payroll of an employer who is self-insured, a member of an association of self-insured public or private employers or insured by a private carrier must be open to inspection by the Administrator or an auditor or agent of the Administrator to determine:\n(a) The accuracy of the payroll;\n(b) The number of persons employed; and\n(c) Any other information necessary for the administration of chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS.\n2.
