Every policy of insurance issued by a private carrier:\n(a) Must be in writing;\n(b) Must contain the insuring agreements and exclusions;\n(c) Is subject to chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS and regulations adopted pursuant to those chapters; and\n(d) If it contains a provision inconsistent with this chapter or chapter 616A, 616C, 616D or 617 of NRS, shall be deemed to be reformed to conform with that chapter.\n2.
