The physician, chiropractic physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse shall inform the injured employee of the injured employee’s rights under chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS and lend all necessary assistance in making application for compensation and such proof of other matters as required by the rules of the Division, without charge to the employee.\n2.
