It is the purpose of this chapter to provide safe and healthful working conditions for every employee by:\n(a) Establishing regulations;\n(b) Effectively enforcing such regulations;\n(c) Educating and training employees; and\n(d) Establishing reporting procedures for job-related accidents, motor vehicle crashes and illnesses.\n2.
