{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-618.655","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 618.655","heading":"Failure to correct violations.","body":"Any employer who fails to correct a violation for which a citation has been issued under this chapter within the period permitted for its correction may be assessed an administrative fine in a monetary amount authorized pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 618.625 for each day during which the failure or violation continues.
